The operator was making same-day routing decisions off a spreadsheet that refreshed once a night. We rebuilt their operational reporting as a live dashboard, fed directly from their dispatch system rather than a nightly export.

Approach

We started with a two-week discovery sprint shadowing dispatchers, then shipped the highest-value view first - late shipment risk - before building out the rest of the dashboard.
