Ledger & Co Onboarding Redesign

Ledger & Co's account-opening flow took new customers through twelve steps and an average of twelve minutes - and lost most of them along the way.

What changed

We redesigned the flow around three screens instead of twelve, moved identity verification off the critical path, and rebuilt the underlying form state machine so a customer could leave and resume without losing progress.

Result

Median completion time dropped to ninety seconds; completion rate rose from 41% to 78%.
