Fieldhand
The client ran a 200-person field service operation entirely off a shared spreadsheet and phone dispatch. Jobs fell through the cracks; technicians found out about schedule changes when they arrived at the wrong address.
What we built
A real-time scheduling and dispatch system: a map-based dispatcher view for the office, and a mobile-first daily schedule for technicians in the field, built on the same booking/availability primitives Website Studio itself uses for its own scheduling capability.
Result
Missed-appointment rate dropped from 14% to under 2% in the first quarter.
